At Kasturified, we pour our heart into every product. As most items are handmade or customized, we do not offer refunds except under specific circumstances. We aim to offer transparency and clarity in all our transactions. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds:

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Pre-order Delays:

If a Pre-order item is delayed, we offer the following alternatives:

1. Exchange Option:
   Replace your current order with an item from our Ready to Dispatch category for faster delivery. Any difference in amount will be provided as a credit voucher.
2. Credit Voucher Option:
   Receive a credit voucher for the full order amount, valid for 1 month for future purchases at Kasturified.

    

We do not offer cash refunds.

Please note: No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility (If Applicable)

We accept returns only if:

• The item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective
• You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item
• You send unboxing video/photos as proof

How to Initiate a Return

• Order number
• Photos/videos of the damaged/wrong item
• Brief explanation of the issue

   

Our support team will evaluate the case and guide you through the next steps.

Outcomes of Approved Returns

Upon approval, we will:

• Offer a replacement of the same item (subject to stock)
• Provide store credit (valid for 1 months)
